It builds on what only users know and supports their judgment rather than replacing it, which is where it goes further than a chatbot that hands them a confident-sounding, often wrong or incomplete, answer to a question that deserved real thought.

We’re a startup and not yet incorporated, though we have real traction with paying customers; on the science side, we work with professors at UZH to validate our approach.
